The design and execution of the project included a complete set of MEP installations aimed at ensuring efficiency, well-being, and safety. These include HVAC systems, which ensure thermal comfort throughout the year; electrical installations, which supply lighting, power, and specialized equipment; and plumbing installations, designed for responsible water use.

The hotel also incorporates a comprehensive fire protection system, complying with current regulations through sprinklers, detection, and hydrant networks. In addition, advanced home automation and process control solutions were implemented, enabling intelligent management of lighting, air conditioning, and services, optimizing energy consumption and enhancing the guest experience.
