Hotel Bikini Island Strenc is the evolution of the original Tres Playas hotel, which Talat embarked on in November 2023. The challenge was undoubtedly to orchestrate a 360º renovation that had to be completed by the opening of the new season in June 2024.

Talat successfully completed the project within the 7-month deadline.
