In this comprehensive update, we completely redesigned the Lobby Bar system, integrating lighting into the acoustic ceiling to create the cozy atmosphere that guests seek at the end of the day. On the ground floor terrace, we installed upper and lower LED strips on the pillars, along with decorative lighting in the lower area. We also eliminated unnecessary light fixtures in the elevator lobby and restrooms, optimizing both energy consumption and visual comfort. In the buffet kitchen, we strategically relocated the light fixtures to improve the functionality of the workspace.

We also incorporated PIR detectors in the employee corridors on all floors, ensuring smart lighting that activates only when necessary.
In terms of air conditioning, we completely modified the ventilation layout, optimizing air flow in every corner of the hotel. We replaced the UTN22 units with UTN40 units in the kitchens, a technical decision that significantly improves energy efficiency.

The buffet’s ventilation system now works with a plenum and flexible duct, an elegant solution that improves air distribution. We added fan coils on the ground floor (staff room, linen room, and pool bar) and repositioned the one in the elevator lobby, optimizing every cubic meter of air conditioning.

We marked and optimized the piping to the dining room warehouse and modified the downspouts in the office area.

In order to reinforce safety, we recalculated the occupancy of the buffet area for 300 people and updated all evacuation routes. We also modified the dry column in accordance with the strictest regulations.
