Rafa Nadal Academy
Talat was commissioned to develop this area of 17,000 m2 that makes up the Rafa Nadal Academy. In this way, the complex comprises residence, training school, hotel, tracks, sports, changing rooms, bar as well as park areas.
TALAT was chosen for full management, executive direction, engineering project, management of plant execution, project management (project, construction and execution coordination, contracting, budgetary and economic control) as well as complex management using our Software.
The extension was subsequently requested for administrative and sports use, with us in charge of the engineering project and construction management of the facilities, material execution management and coordination of safety and health of the planned works.

The Rafa Nadal Academy was built in two phases. Phase 1 covered 24,000 m², including 17,000 m² for residence, academy, hotel, courts, and facilities. Phase 2 expanded it to 41,000 m².
TALAT managed both phases, handling engineering design, construction oversight, material execution, and safety coordination, while deploying Talat Smart Hotel Software for energy and maintenance management per ISO 14001 and 50001 standards.
