Talat has worked with the most advanced energy-efficient facilities in the sector: the largest open geothermal system in the Balearic Islands, which moves up to one million liters of seawater per hour.

Together with its aerothermal and photovoltaic solar panel systems, an optimized water movement management system is achieved, regulated by smart two-way valves for each piece of equipment and section.
The electrical installations, which are 100% automated, improve user comfort and energy optimization.

The heated swimming pools and kitchen equipment also use the same geothermal system. All of this is carried out under a protocol that complies with the implementation of various certifications related to the latest advances in energy efficiency.

This set of technologies has achieved the highest energy efficiency in a hotel project ever undertaken, making the building an nZEB building.
