Hotel Iberosotar Alcudia Park

The hotel consists of five buildings connected on the ground floor. The hotel’s 366 rooms are spread across the first to fifth floors. The hotel’s common areas are located on the ground floor, offering a wide range of entertainment options for hotel guests. The common areas include themed bars and restaurants, a buffet-style dining room, a wellness & spa, children’s entertainment rooms, and an area for bicycle rental and maintenance.

On the roof of block 5, one of the blocks closest to the beach, there is a rooftop bar and swimming pool. At Talat, we were responsible for designing the centralization of the heating and cooling systems for the entire building, which, prior to the renovation, were operated independently in each of the five blocks.

Our premise was to design an efficient and robust installation to achieve optimal comfort for users with the lowest possible consumption. To this end, we designed an energy distribution system using repumping in each of the blocks, which has significantly reduced the installation’s consumption.

The cooling system features a heat recovery system that is used for DHW production.
