Sandals Beaches Resorts
Development of the executive project for two hotels located in the Caribbean. The first one located in Jamaica with 450 rooms and another in Barbados with 650 rooms.
Both hotels have the typical form of hotels in the Caribbean with a central building with all noble areas and services and in the complex rise different towers with guest rooms.
Talat has the task of designing the integral facilities of the complex, meeting the needs of the client who is from Jamaica and adapting to the US regulations that apply.
The project delivers a fully integrated solution covering all essential building systems with complete documentation and regulatory compliance.
