Hotels Kempinski Grace Bay
The project consists of a hotel complex consisting of 3 buildings A, B and C with 5, 4 and 3 floors respectively with a total of 130 rooms and apartments, plus 4 exclusive villas of about 400 m2 each.
The complex has common areas on the ground floor of the building in which there will be a restaurant, gym, SPA and reception, as well as other customer spaces and services area. The outdoor area of the complex has several swimming pools, padel courts, large garden areas and a beach restaurant.
Talat will comprehensively redesign all facilities, as the current project does not meet the customer’s requirements. A key task is switching from HVAC to a cold water distribution system. Talat’s scope includes BIM modeling of all installations, integrating specialist consultant projects like lighting and telecommunications.
Additionally, Talat will model the existing architecture and structure in BIM, integrating these with the facility designs and existing landscape to create a fully complete, unified project model.
The project delivers a fully integrated redesign of all technical systems, with BIM coordination across existing and new project components.
